The Remote Air Box (VAT-RAB) eliminates the need to run the air tubing from the Vari-Air Blower to the Vari-Air Control Box. Instead, we remote the air sensor, and air switch into a small electrical box that is mounted on the Vari-Air Blower. We then run a minimum of 4 conductor - 18 gauge thermostat wire from the Remote Air Box to the Vari-Air Control Box. This eliminates the air tubing and the maintenance issues associated with the air tube and potential air leaks in the tubing.

Vari- Air Air System adjusts speed according to air pressure. When more corn is in the system, air pressure elevates; when less corn in the system, the air pressure lowers. Our system auto-corrects. This means, as air pressure increases or decreases, our system automatically makes the PSI/speed changes. Once the system is up and running, you do not have to adjust any settings.
