The one-piece outer door swings back out of the way and latches securly against the side of the bin. The interlocking panel system of the inner door carries a US patenet with your safety being uppermost in design. The bottom panel cannot be opened before the top panels to avoid a sudden or damaging discharge of grain. And because panel latches must be secured from the outside, you cannot be accidentally locked inside the bin.
Each panel is opened using one hand to simply lift the latch and swing the panel into the bin. No wrenches or special tools are required. An outside door step below the door is standard with all door models.
Choose a door size. One tier doors mean they take up approximately one ring of a typical narrow corrugated ring (32″), with dimensions of the opening being 26″ Wide and 31″ Tall. Two tier doors means they take up approximately two full rings of a typical narrow corrugated ring (32″) with dimensions of the opening being 26″ Wide and 61.5″ Tall.
**Grain bin doors are desgined differently for different size diameter, height, and corrugation types. Our system will show you the recommended door for typical Brock grain bin applications. Please pick the accurate parameters of your bin as doors installed in wrong sized bins may not fit and could potentially not be strong enough. Please consult with your bin manufacturer about installing these doors in your existing grain bin, we do not take structural responsibility for your grain bin!
